The temperature control system has six temperature sensors (two cold air inlet and outlet sensors and four fruit core sensors) in each hall and a 7-inch central display and the ability to support up to 100 halls in the cold room. Also, this system is equipped with a monitoring system device with the ability to display on the computer and record the temperature for at least one year on the external memory and print the temperature on a daily basis and control the system under the LAN network by the computer.
